Project Description

Civit BUILD – Construction ERP Solution is been implemented at their Head Office and will be accessed by Corporate Office, All Project Sites, Yards, Warehouses, RMC Production Plants, and the employees. The corporate house is located in Mumbai and the project sites are spread all across India. The scope of work includes in Supply, Implementation, and Customization of Civit BUILD including the modules mentioned above.

Issue and Challenges

There were several issues and daunting challenges that Pandhe Group had to overcome and decided to go for complete automation of departments through Civit BUILD. A few of the challenges are:

Tender BOQ Linking to Project Execution, Estimation linked to Plant & Machineries and Contracting Departments, Effective utilization of High-Cost Plant & Machineries, Flexible Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Target Setting for Site Engineers based on the resource availability, RMC Production Scheduling, Production of RMC and Blocks, Subcontractor Work Duplicacy Checking, Client Billing based on the Tender and Execution inputs, Accessing Real-Time Project Execution information and uniformity in Reports.
