Priti Gupta, with a B.Sc. in Physics and an MBA in Sales & Marketing from Welingkar Institute, University of Mumbai, is instrumental in bringing ISO processes to SoftTech Engineers Limited. With over two decades of experience in business processes and management, she oversees training, HR & Admin operations, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and efficiency.

Sridhar Pillalamarri, with a background in Electrical Engineering and Control & Instrumentation from IIT Kharagpur and IIT Mumbai respectively, boasts over 30 years of management experience. His expertise in VLSI and ASIC Design, embedded software, and networking, coupled with his cross-functional skills, make him a valuable addition to the board.

Pratik Patel, holding degrees in BSc. IT and MBA from Edinburgh Napier University, Edinburgh (UK), brings over 10 years of experience in operations for software development and real estate businesses. Since joining the board in 2020, he has played a key role in steering the company towards various strategic objectives.

Independent Director

Sundararajan Srinivasan, with a Master’s degree in Control & Instrumentation from IIT Bombay, boasts a distinguished career spanning over 31 years. His leadership in global R&D functions at Philips, NXP, and Intel, along with his expertise in computing, communication, and control, make him a valuable asset to SoftTech’s board.

Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh, with qualifications in Physics and Computer Science & Engineering, brings over three decades of expertise in Big Data Analytics, Parallel and Distributed Processing, and Machine Vision. His extensive contributions to technology and innovation make him an invaluable addition to the board.

Non-Executive Independent Director

Yogeshkumar Desai is a Senior Professor working at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He holds degree in BE (CIVIL ENG), M.TECH. (STRUCT ENG) and PH. D. (CIVIL ENG). He has over forty-one years of teaching and research experience in the broad areas of Structural Engineering, Computational Mechanics, Composite Mechanics, Wind-induced Vibrations, Fatigue and Technical Software Development. He has received several accolades and honors for excellence in academics and research. He has supervised a large number of PhD students and published over two hundred research papers in reputed international journals and conferences. He has completed over two hundred consultancy projects and over six research and development projects in India and abroad. He has published three books and has one edited book as well as a patent to his credit. He has been a mentor to a company and has been serving on Academic Boards, Advisory Committees of various institutes and government bodies. He has held several key administrative positions at his institute.

With degrees in B.Com., L.L.B., and F.C.A., Ravi Agarwal offers over 27 years of experience in corporate and non-corporate statutory audits, tax audits, and VAT audits. His financial expertise adds significant value to SoftTech Engineers Limited’s Advisory Board, having worked with prestigious organizations like the Reserve Bank of India and the Mumbai High Court.

An MS in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, Devendra Tripathi brings over 24 years of experience in managing hardware and software components and systems. His roles as CTO at CoVisible Solutions and Director of Systems Architecture at Vitesse Semiconductor underscore his expertise and leadership in the field.

Alak Deb, a serial entrepreneur and innovator, currently serves as CEO/CTO at MobBazaar, Inc. and an EIR at Artiman Ventures. With a career spanning over three decades, Alak has a proven track record of transforming ideas into reality and has been instrumental in pioneering advancements in technology.
